Omaha Entertainment Awards

What a great new annual event for Omaha! First of all, the Holland Center is gorgeous and the perfect venue for music and vocal performances. Second of all, Omaha has some incredible talent.

The evening was very cool with a pre-party at the Library then a red carpet walk into the Holland Center. There were lots of reporters in the various locations doing interviews that were broadcast on the big screen in the main room. It had a real “awards show” feel. By the way, if anyone taped it off of channel 248, I’d love a copy.

There were a lot of amazing performances, not the least of which was the Chris Saub Trio, the evening’s best performance in my opinion.

Great new event for Omaha. Now I’m looking forward to another great new event in Omaha, happening sometime near the end of February…
